Genesys integration (initial release)

You can now connect Oswald with the Genesys platform to streamline handovers between your chatbot and contact center agents.

• How it works: This integration is available for clients using Genesys. You can configure it through the Oswald platform under 'Integrations'.

LLM contextualiser (V0)

We’re introducing the first version of the LLM contextualiser, allowing your chatbot to retain and use short-term conversational context. This lays the groundwork for more natural and consistent interactions in generative scenarios.

• How it works: The contextualiser is available in early form for select use cases. We’re working on a bigger release of this feature later this summer.

Bug fixes

• Token timeout issues: fixed problems with token expiration causing unexpected logout or failed requests in the Acerta flow.

• Language mapping bug: Resolved an issue where some languages were not correctly mapped in bot configuration responses in the Acerta Connect bot.

• Extra logging: Added extra logging and checks on ON-numbers for Acerta Alix

Coming next

• LLM contextualiser V1.1: Gain more control over context in generative scenario’s.

• Unanswered questions detection (generative): Track whether the LLM has answered a user’s question in generative scenarios, just like in fixed scenarios today.

What this means for you

This release doesn’t affect your current setup. The only client impacted is Acerta.
